Biography
Marc Zinsmeister is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Ullico Inc. Mr. Zinsmeister is responsible for all the day-to-day functions of the information technology department, including data center operations, networking, security, and facility maintenance. He also manages the information security and data governance programs for the organization. He is the Chief Information Security Officer for all Ullico Covered Entities that operate in New York state. He serves on the board of the Mid-Atlantic CIO Council and is a member of the CIO Professional Network and the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center. Mr. Zinsmeister joined Ullico in 2007 and has over 20 years’ experience in the information technology field.
Mr. Zinsmeister is a graduate of Duke University with a B.A. in Computer Science.
