Washington, D.C. (May 23, 2022)— Ullico Inc., the only labor-owned insurance and investment company, announced today that Kevin Collins has joined as Vice President, Marketing Development for its subsidiary, The Union Labor Life Insurance Company.
Collins has 30 years of labor relations and institutional sales experience. During that time, he has cultivated an extensive network that includes labor and management trustees, fund administrators, and other professionals.
Prior to joining Ullico, Collins served as First Vice President, Commercial Banking and Trust Relationship Manager for Amalgamated Bank, where he was responsible for serving the organization’s labor union and employee benefit plan clients.
Collins is also a second-generation member of the Plumbers & Gasfitters of Local 5 Washington, DC, and he serves as board member and vice president of the DC Friends of Ireland. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland at College Park.
As Vice President, Marketing Development for The Union Labor Life Insurance Company, Collins will liaison with current and prospective clients, soliciting feedback on potential new products, and assist in the implementation of new products and programs.
