Biography
William H. Weeks is the Regional Vice President responsible for mortgage loan originations with sponsors located throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. He joined Ullico in November 2014. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Weeks was founding and managing principal of Kentfield Capital Advisors, where he was responsible for sourcing and placing debt and equity financings. Mr. Weeks has over 35 years’ experience in the commercial real estate finance industry, including senior production roles at Redwood Trust, Capital Source, GE Capital, Heller Financial, Citicorp Real Estate and The Travelers. Mr. Weeks holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley and is a licensed California real estate broker.
