Biography
As Vice President of Human Resources, Tracy Coker is responsible for managing Ullico’s most important asset – human capital. This includes overseeing the recruiting process, employee relations, labor relations, training/development, and employee benefits and compensation.
Tracy joined Ullico Inc. in 2001 as a Performance Management Specialist. Since then, she has held various positions within Human Resources including Training Manager, HR Manager, Director, Talent Management, and AVP, HR before becoming Vice President of Human Resources in 2012.
Prior to Ullico, Tracy worked for Capital One Financial in various management positions for over seven years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. In 2017, Tracy was honored by SmartCEO magazine with an Executive Management Award (EMA), which acknowledges the accomplishments of the Washington, D.C. region’s leaders.
