Biography
Steven Reed joined Ullico Investment Advisors in June 2023. An experienced real estate investment and finance professional, Steve is responsible for the acquisition, financing, and asset management activities of Ullico’s real estate equity business. In this role, Steve works with an established network of operating partners and brokers across property types and markets to source new investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Ullico, Steve was Director, U.S. Real Estate Investments at John Hancock/Manulife Investment Management, where he was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of U.S. commercial real estate assets. Prior to his time in acquisitions, Steve was a senior investment officer in Manulife’s real estate finance group.
Steve has completed more than $2 billion in debt and equity transactions focused on industrial, multifamily, office, and retail properties in major markets across the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, Southeast, and West Coast.
Steve is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Carey School of Business where he received his Master’s in Real Estate Development, and the College of the Holy Cross, where he earned his BA in History.
