Biography
Shine Cheng is the Senior Portfolio Analyst for the Southwestern Region’s Real Estate Debt Group. Her responsibilities include the financial underwriting and market analysis for mortgage originations and portfolio management for the Southwest Region. Prior to joining Ullico in 2023, she was an underwriter with Argentic Investment Management. She also has over ten years of commercial real estate underwriting experience with Plum Lending, Colliers International, Savills Studley, and etc. Ms. Cheng graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Real Estate Development.
