Biography
Robert Ship is the Regional Vice President responsible for mortgage loan originations throughout the Midwest. From 2004 through January of 2007, Mr. Ship was an analyst with Ullico where he analyzed the Midwest markets and aided in the underwriting of over $300 million in loans while building relationships. Since returning to Ullico in 2007 , Mr. Ship has closed over $970 million in construction and permanent loans. ln a one year absence from Ullico (2007) he worked for an industrial developer, lnternational Airport Centers (“lAC”) where he aided in the $151 million refinance of a 2.3 million square foot, eight (8) property portfolio and completed the quarterly and annual cash flows. ln early 2008, Mr. Ship rejoined Ullico to cover the Midwest outside of Chicago and Minnesota. By 2018, he was covering the entire Midwest. Mr. Ship graduated from McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas with an MBA focused in finance and the University of Illinois with a BS in Chemical Engineering. He was instrumental in utilizing his engineering degree with the design and sales of HVAC systems for The Trane Company and air pollution testing and monitoring for Clean Air Engineering. He is also a CFA Charter holder.
