Biography
Peter O’Brien’s responsibilities include providing project financial performance analysis and projections for the Real Estate Investment Group. Prior to joining Ullico in 2020, he was a portfolio analyst for over 9 years at Community Investment Corporation, a multifamily construction lender in Chicago. There he managed a $280MM portfolio of over 500 loans. He previously served as branch lending manager at TCF Bank and Prior to that acquired numerous brokerage licenses while studying finance. Mr. O’Brien holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Illinois University.
