Biography
Peter North-Hoy is the Portfolio Analyst for the Real Estate Debt Group. His responsibilities include providing financial performance analyses to senior leadership, preparing quarterly portfolio statistics, and tracking the performance of REDG’s mortgage portfolio. Prior to joining Ullico in 2023, Peter was an analyst with CBRE multifamily investment sales, where he assisted in the disposition of multifamily properties to institutional clients. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a minor in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is also a licensed Maryland real estate salesperson.
