Biography
Nataliia Melko is a director of Professional Lines Claims for Ullico Casualty Group. Her duties include coverage analysis, evaluation of liability exposure, claims reporting and documentation, settlements and various communications with insureds and their legal representatives in the resolution of outstanding claims.
Prior to joining Ullico in 2020, Nataliia served as managing member at Gladney Law Group, LLC, and as an associate at Hartnett Gladney Hetterman, LLC, where she handled issues related to union and fiduciary liability insurance, labor laws and ERISA compliance.
She moved to the United States from Ukraine in 2011 after graduating from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv law school and passing state law exams in Ukraine. She also holds an L.L.M from American University’s Washington College of Law.
