Biography
Kevin M. Smith is the Regional Vice President responsible for mortgage loan originations throughout the Northeast region. Kevin has 25 years of experience in Banking and Commercial Real Estate Finance as demonstrated by successfully building construction lending platforms, the structuring of complex commercial real estate transactions and the management of large portfolios of stabilized and construction projects for large multi-family, office, retail industrial and mixed use projects throughout the United States. Prior institutions Kevin has worked for over his career included Customers Bank, Peoples United Bank and Capital One Bank. ln addition, Kevin’s past commercial lending experience spans a wide spectrum, including asset based finance and commercial & industrial lending at well-known institutions such as Citigroup and ClT. Kevin achieved a New York State CPA license and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Adelphi University.
