Biography
Kevin Collins is the Vice President for Market Development for Ullico Inc. In this role, Kevin works directly with current and prospective clients, soliciting feedback on potential new products, and assisting in the implementation of new products and programs.
Kevin has over 30 years of labor relations and institutional sales experience. He began his career as a Business and Legislative Representative for the Washington, D.C. Building & Construction Trades Council. Prior to joining Ullico in 2022, he held various roles in commercial banking, investment management, and commercial insurance institutions, where he was responsible for serving labor union and employee benefit plan clients.
Kevin is a second-generation member of Plumbers & Gasfitters Local 5, and he serves as board member and vice president of the D.C. Friends of Ireland. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Born in Washington, D.C., Kevin and his wife Kathryn reside in Maryland with their two children.
