Biography

Kerrie Lowery, VP of Operations of Life and Health, joined Ullico September 26, 2018. Her responsibilities include the oversight and management of the teams completing the functions specific to billing, accounting, claims; stop loss and life, policy development, policy filing, policy fulfillment, third party administration (TPA), sales development new business, renewal intake and installation, and premium audit.
Kerrie began her career in the industry with State Farm insurance as a Property and Casualty field adjuster originating on the auto side of the company working in multiple field locations servicing a variety of roles; auto, estimatics, bodily injury, subrogation, arbitration, and then litigation. She then progressed into the Home Owners side and then into the National Catastrophe Team. Kerrie was then transferred into the Corporate Office in Bloomington, IL. It was here where she and fellow Leadership members managed the first centralized 24 X 7 operational center for State Farm in its history of which lead to the future five (5) year business model across the nation.

Kerrie was recruited by Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in West Des Moines, IA to build their first comprehensive outsourcing center in the Mid-West. This center merged the back-office services of payroll, medical, and FMLA and COBRA administration for over fifty (50) clients within the first three years of going live. From ADP, Kerrie then joined the Marsh Professional Liability Division where she owned the Operational and US Account Management Teams. Within the same organization, she was asked to shift into the Life and Annuity Division where she oversaw and lead the operational teams servicing the multi-million dollar account listings. From Marsh, Kerrie was asked to join the McCamish Systems, later to become Infosys McCamish Organization, a Global center of excellence for Life Insurance software solutions and service offerings. Here, she oversaw the US Relationship Management team, operational teams including call center, administration, claims, intake/fulfillment, content development, project management, and first line facilities. In 2013, Kerrie was asked to represent her country as an Insurance Ambassador for Customer Advocacy, with thirty-two (32) other countries, in a two week business conference panel in India.

Kerrie has a B.S. in Health Administration and a Minor in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois. She has a M.S. in Human Resources and a M.S. in Adult Learning and Organization Performance Excellence (ALOP) from Drake University in Des Moines Iowa.

Outside of work, Kerrie is a proud mother of four, aged 24 to 4 all ranging from Law School to Pre-K! She currently resides outside of Frederick, MD and is actively engaged in the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Frederick County Public School District for Early Education Enhancement Committee, American Softball Association (ASA) and American Fastpitch Association (AFA).
