Biography
John Bauer is the Regional Vice President responsible for mortgage loan originations with sponsors located in Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas. Mr. Bauer has over 40 years’ experience with commercial real estate development and lending originations in the western US. He had senior management roles at Tremont Realty Capital, Key Bank, Union Bank and Bank of America including the Resolution Trust Corporation during the S&L crisis in the 1990s. Mr. Bauer started his career with Tishman West developing office properties in the western US. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Whittier College.
