Biography
John Benavidez, Southwest Regional Sales Manager of The Union Labor Life Insurance Company, joined the company in 1991 as an Account Manager servicing Health and Welfare Funds within his region. Soon after, John was elevated to Regional Sales Manager where he oversees Life and Health opportunities and renewals in the Southwest region. In 2021, John celebrated 30 years of employment with Ullico.
Mr. Benavidez holds a B.B.A. Degree from The University of The Incarnate Word, and holds a Group 1 Life and Health Certification. John comes from a family with deep union roots, His father and brother were Ironworkers, and his mother was a Union Textile Worker and educator in the Texas school system. John is a native Texan and calls San Antonio Texas his home.
