Biography
Emily J. Caputo is a director of Professional Lines Claims for Ullico Casualty Group, LLC. She is involved in all aspects of claims management, including formulating trial and mediation strategies and managing outside counsel.
Emily has over 15 years of experience as an attorney with an expertise in the practice areas of civil rights, employment and insurance. Her legal background also encompasses conducting sensitive internal investigations and advising on threat assessment and workplace safety. Prior to joining Ullico, Emily worked at a large public research university where she supervised a team of civil rights investigators.
Emily received her law degree magna cum laude from The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law and holds a master’s degree in Psychology from the Catholic University of America Graduate School. She is licensed to practice law in Maryland.
