Biography
Daniel V. Malaniak is the Senior Portfolio Analyst for the Northeastern Region’s Real Estate Debt Group. He is responsible for conducting financial and market analysis for mortgage originations and portfolio management. Prior to joining Ullico in 2022, Daniel worked for Provident Bank where he was a Portfolio Manager in the Commercial Real Estate Department. Daniel graduated from Berkeley College and hold an MS in Finance from Rutgers Business School.
