Biography
Mr. Payne is a Senior Associate of Ullico Infrastructure Management Company, LLC, (UIMC). He has nine years of experience across finance, project management, and engineering in energy infrastructure.
Prior to joining Ullico in February 2023, Mr. Payne was an Associate, Mergers and Acquisitions, at J.P. Morgan where he advised corporates and financial sponsors on M&A transactions. Before that, he served as an Associate at Credit Suisse in their Energy & Infrastructure investment banking division. Mr. Payne started his career at ExxonMobil in their Global Projects organization.
Mr. Payne holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management.
