Biography
Asa Flynn joined Ullico Investment Advisors in 2023. He is responsible for the acquisition, financing, and asset management activities of Ullico’s real estate equity business. In this role, Flynn works with an established network of operating partners and brokers across property types and markets to source new investment opportunities.
A real estate investment and asset management professional with over 15 years of industry experience, Flynn has held key roles serving institutional clients and Taft-Hartley funds, including the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust, Multi-Employer Property Trust, and American Core Realty.
Prior to joining Ullico, Flynn served as Vice President of Transactions for PNC Realty Investors, where he was responsible for all aspects of the transaction process including sourcing, underwriting, structuring, financing, and closing of new investments for the firm’s open-end fund. During his time there, he participated in the acquisition and disposition of $1.5 billion of investments across industrial, office, retail, and multi-family products.
Flynn is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School where he received his Masters in Real Estate Development, and Rhodes College, where he earned his BA in Economics & Business Administration.
