Nadine Lindsay has been a Senior Paralegal in Ullico's law department for 10 years. After completing her coursework, she recently graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and passed the D.C. Bar exam. She was promoted to Counsel and will handle legal matters from around the company. Ullico was honored with the Legacy Award by the Mikva Challenge, an innovative youth civic engagement program working with 1,200 local students at 33 schools across Washington, D.C. Earlier this year, Ullico participated in North America's Building Trades Unions' NABTU) Annual Legislative Conference with 2,500 building trades members, leaders and supporters. The theme was "United We Build."

Pension fund trustees and administrators, General Presidents and special guests joined for the Capital Strategies Meeting co-hosted by NABTU and Ullico in June. The day-long event featured presentations from investment firms with Responsible Contractor Policies that ensure strong labor protections for their real estate & infrastructure investments.
United Health Care recognized Ullico with a 2018 Well Deserved Honorable Mention Award for its commitment to worksite wellness. More than 4,000 of United Healthcare's clients were eligible to apply for the award. Of those that applied, UHC selected 20 award winners, including Ullico.
