Ullico Inc. (Ullico) sponsored the 60th U.S. Annual Employee Benefits Conference for the sixth year in a row. The conference is hosted by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). The 2014 conference took place in Boston, MA. In addition to its sponsorship, Ullico was an active participant throughout the event through its attendance by key executives, including Ullico CEO Edward M. Smith. Ullico also hosted a booth in the exhibit hall for attendees.
The IFEBP is a nonprofit organization, dedicated to being a leading objective and independent global source of employee benefits, compensation and financial literacy education and information. The Foundation serves thousands of benefits and compensation professionals.
“Ullico is proud to support an organization that works on behalf of our trustees and benefit administrators,” said Mr. Smith.
During the trip, Smith also met with Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh to discuss opportunities to invest in the city through J for Jobs, WorkAmerica, the infrastructure fund, and other Ullico vehicles.
