WASHINGTON, D.C. — Ullico Inc. will celebrate its latest commercial real estate investment at an event with area building trades leaders at the Building & Construction Trades Council of Minneapolis at 10:30 a.m., on Wed., Nov. 28. At the event, Ullico's president and CEO, Edward M. Smith and Chairman of the Board Joseph J. Hunt will discuss how Ullico's $20 million commitment to the Loring Park Tower project will create over 1000 union construction jobs.
In addition, members of Ullico's executive management team and members of the building trades will take part in a photo event at the Loring Park Tower construction site beginning at 11:30 a.m.
Financing for the Loring Park Tower project comes from The Union Labor Life Insurance Company's Separate Account J sold through Ullico Investment Company, Inc., also known as “J for Jobs” which is Ullico's flagship $2.3 billion dollar commercial real estate fund.
