Ullico is closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus). The health and welfare of our employees and customers is of the utmost importance. We've taken a number of steps to promote a safe working environment while maintaining day-to-day operations with as little disruption as possible.

Many state governments have issued stay-at-home orders and the closing of non-essential businesses. Under these orders, many businesses in the financial services sector, including Ullico, are considered essential businesses, and are therefore permitted to remain open.


Staff Is At Your Service

All three of our business units are operational and available to answer any client's questions. We have also implemented policies designed to comply with state mandates and to ensure the safety of employees who live and work in those states.

At this time, almost all of our staff is working remotely. However, we continue to stand by, ready to serve and support you. We will continue to provide reliable, open access to the products and services you require.

Updates by Business Unit

The Union Labor Life Insurance Company:

Effective immediately, Union Labor Life will extend the grace period for payment of premiums and submission of claims for benefit payments.

Customers are encouraged to contact us at (800) 431-5425 or email us with any questions about the extended grace periods and extension for submission of claims.

Ullico Casualty Group, LLC (UCG):

We will follow state guidance on late premium payments and claims reporting. UCG understands that policyholders and brokers face extraordinary demands at this time, so please work with our team to help assist you in these matters.
