Equity Investment
The Real Estate Investment Group manages third party assets targeting equity real estate investments nationwide. REIG continually seeks high quality acquisition and development opportunities with top-tier sponsors. In general, potential investments must meet the following parameters:
Target investment size: $2 million to $15 million.
Structure: Joint venture, mezzanine financing, or preferred equity investments in existing or to be built real estate projects.
Property types: Multifamily rental, office, retail, mixed-use.
Geography: Nationwide
Return requirements: Dependant on risk and structure, but minimum mid-teens IRR’s with market preferential return and waterfall structures.
Labor guidelines: All work at properties receiving funding must be completed using subcontractors affiliated with local recognized labor unions.
