(“ULLICO Casualty”) is proud to introduce a new, streamlined means of reporting Professional Liability claims.  Our Fiduciary and Union Liability insurance producers now have direct access to our claims experts by e-mailing notices of claims to professionalclaims@ullico.com. When submitting claims or notices to the carrier, we recommend that you read the policies carefully for a complete review of the insured’s duties in the event of a claim, reporting and notice.  Providing notice via professionalclaims@ullico.com [1] satisfies our requirement of providing notice “in writing” to ULLICO Casualty in accordance with Fiduciary and Union Liability policies issued by ULLICO Casualty on Hudson Insurance Company and ULLICO Casualty Company paper.
