ULLICO Casualty offers a comprehensive portfolio of Commercial Lines insurance products [1] to fit the needs of today’s union workplace.  Our Commercial Lines products include Property, General Liability, Automobile, Mechanical Breakdown, Inland Marine, Crime, Umbrella and Workers’ Compensation coverage. We provide risk solutions to unions and union employers. We offer additional risk management resources to minimize potential liability exposures.  Our Workers’ Compensation products  include programs that help reduce upfront premium costs so our policyholders may achieve long term growth and success.    

Commercial Package Policy “CPP”

We provide a customized package of coverage for Property, General Liability, Automobile, Crime, Inland Marine and other exposures for all business sizes.

ULLICO Casualty’s Advantage Endorsement

This endorsement offers policyholders enhanced coverage on the CPP policy.  Program highlights include, but are not limited to: 

• Employee dishonesty

• Personal effects

• Accounts receivable

• Money and securities

• Newly acquired personal property or buildings

• Outdoor signs

• Sewer and drainage backup

Commercial Auto Coverage

Coverage is available for private passenger vehicles, trucks and trailers. Also, Non-Owned/Hired Auto (NOA/Hired) and Drive Other Car (DOC) coverage is available upon request.

Umbrella Coverage

Coverage offered is over and above General Liability, Auto and Employers Liability. Limits are available up to $5 million with increased limits available upon request.

Mechanical Breakdown/Boiler Coverage

• Coverage is available in conjunction with FM Global/Mutual Boiler RE

• Enhancements include: pollution clean-up, expediting expenses, spoilage, and service interruption

Workers' Compensation Products - Union Organizations

Because we recognize the expertise and skill union members bring to their workplace, we offer Workers’ Compensation products customized to protect them.  Labor unions, trust fund offices, joint apprenticeship training facilities, unionized contractors and other union related entities can depend on ULLICO Casualty for their Workers' Compensation coverage needs. Some of our program options include:

• Alternative Risk Solutions, including safety groups and captives

• Flexible payment plans, including monthly reporting plans

• Coverage does not exclude strikes
