Patrick McGlone Wins 2011 Community Service Award

Ullico Inc. Vice President and Acting General Counsel Patrick McGlone was awarded the 2011 Corporate Counsel Award for Community Service by the Washington Metropolitan Area Corporate Counsel Association (WMACCA). Each year, WMACCA honors the outstanding work done by the Capital area’s in-house attorneys in several categories. McGlone was recognized for his community service efforts, which include his service as Vice President of the Council for Court Excellence, a Washington-based non-profit that advocates for justice system improvements; a just-completed term as D.C. Bar Secretary; his work on the Board of Us Helping Us, People Into Living, Inc., the Washington’s premier provider of HIV/AIDS prevention and counseling services for African American men; and many years of leadership in the American Bar Association. The 2011 winners were announced at the 7th Annual Corporate Counsel Awards Reception on September 22nd.  Congratulations, Pat!
