ULLICO Inc. Appoints Peter Jones as President of ULLICO Investment Advisors,Inc.

WASHINGTON, DC (April 7, 2009) — ULLICO Inc., labor's own insurance and financial services company, announced the appointment of Peter Jones as President of ULLICO Investment Advisors, Inc., (UIA). Mr. Jones will oversee all of UIA's investment products from development, distribution, marketing and client services perspectives. Under his direction, UIA creates, distributes and services investments products that meet specific client needs.

“My goal is very clear,” said Mr. Jones, “to bring UIA into the future of investment sales, marketing and product development; we're changing our approach at UIA, but our focus will continue to be on finding unique solutions that support the labor community.”

Before joining ULLICO Inc., Mr. Jones served as a consultant to UIA, advising on its strategic initiatives and marketing plans. Previously, Mr. Jones was the Managing Director and Head of Sales and Client Service for Equinox Capital Management, where he was responsible for all client relationships and sales to institutional market segments. He was also Managing Director of both Oppenheimer Capital and INVESCO, as well as an Associate Director at Bear Stearns Asset Management. He is a graduate of Cornell University.
