Smith, president and CEO of Ullico Inc., will speak to members of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers on Tuesday, Aug. 14, at their 2012 Industrial Sector Operations conference in Las Vegas, Nev.  During his remarks, Smith will discuss how investing in the nation’s infrastructure will strengthen the labor movement and create thousands of new, well-paying union jobs.
