ULLICO Inc. provides insurance products and services through four licensed insurer-subsidiaries:

The Union Labor Life Insurance Company (NAIC# 69744) is domiciled in Maryland and maintains its principal place of business in the District of Columbia. The Union Labor Life Insurance Company is licensed to transact insurance in all fifty states and the District of Columbia.*

ULLICO Life Insurance Company (NAIC# 86371) is domiciled in Texas and maintains its principal place of business in the District of Columbia. ULLICO Life Insurance Company is licensed to transact insurance in the District of Columbia and all states, except Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, and Vermont.

Ulico Casualty Company (NAIC# 37893) is domiciled in Delaware and maintains its principal place of business in the District of Columbia. Ulico Casualty Company is licensed to transact insurance in the District of Columbia and all states, except Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.

Ulico Standard of America Casualty Company (NAIC# 10004) is domiciled in California and maintains its principal place of business in the District of Columbia. Ulico Standard of America Casualty Company is licensed to transact insurance only in California.

* The Union Labor Life Insurance Company voluntarily agreed to cease writing new business in Florida in November 2002 and in North Carolina in November 2003. The Company continues to service policyholders and pay claims in these jurisdictions.
